We want to stay at the top of our profession. So everyone attends regular Dulux training courses to hone skills and keep up with the latest techniques and products. We also run our own courses at “The Select School of Excellence”, focusing on health & safety, company standards and customer satisfaction.
We offer apprenticeships, to encourage and support the next generation of decorators and builders. Under expert supervision, our apprentices gain valuable new skills through hands-on experience.
We work with local colleges and are linked with CITB, an organisation renowned for quality training within the construction industry.
